To get started with your fantastic new program, please provide the information requested below.  We will need to contact you via telephone in order to verify and confirm your Take Home Book Fair event start date and end date.  Please allow a minimum of 10 business days from this request before your "event start date"  so we may have the time needed to UPS the correct number of catalogs to your school.
